Copyright.
Everything on this site, the photographs, the films, and the words, is our own work from our own jobs. Here is what that means, and the rights our clients always keep.

What is ours
Every photograph, video, sample image and render on this website was created by or for ATS Design Ltd on our own projects, and every word of the site’s copy was written for us. All of it is our copyright, and all rights are reserved. Viewing this website does not grant any licence to copy, download for reuse, or republish any of it, in whole or in part.
Our images and films
Our images and videos may not be reuploaded or republished anywhere, under any circumstance, without our written permission first. That includes other websites, social media accounts, listings, brochures, presentations and advertising, and it applies whether or not the material is credited, cropped, filtered or edited.
Our words
The same goes for the writing. Copying paragraphs, product descriptions, guides or page copy from this site onto another website or into marketing material is not permitted. If a sentence here would be useful to you, ask us first.
Our documents
The specification sheets, warranties and guides offered as downloads are for your own project: read them, print them, share them with your builder. Republishing them, or passing them off as another company’s documentation, is not permitted.
What happens otherwise
If our work appears somewhere it should not, we will ask for it to be taken down. If it is not removed, we will hand the matter to our legal counsel, who will have it removed on our behalf. We would much rather it never gets that far, so please just ask first.
Asking to use our work
For press, features, or anything else, email marketing@atsdesign.co.nz and tell us where it would appear. We say yes to reasonable requests more often than not.
If it is your home
None of the above is aimed at the people who let us photograph their floors. If your home appears on this site, you keep every right over those images, absolutely and without argument:
- Want them taken down? One email, and they will be gone within hours, with zero pushback.
- Want to share them? Your home, your call. Post them anywhere you like, no permission needed.
- Want the high-quality originals, or any footage we took? Reach out and we will happily supply them.
This page exists to stop competitors taking our work. It will never be used against the homeowners who made that work possible.
Let’s start from the ground up.
Tell us about your space and we’ll come back with a plan and a price.
