Living with Vintage.
Where it shines
One of the four colours people ask for most: the warm side of dark, rich without going black. It carries a big open plan as comfortably as a small bedroom.
What it pairs with
Vintage likes colour around it. At our Karaka job it sat against a sage kitchen and a navy front door and looked right with both, and the gold L Channel Bar was made for boards this rich.
Keeping it right
A mat at the doors and a dry microfibre mop do the routine. It is a deeper colour, so felt pads under anything that moves are cheap insurance, and our Herringbone floor care guide covers the rest.
