Where it shines
The cosiest of the golds: a toasted caramel that makes even a new build feel like it has been loved a while. Afternoon sun deepens it; lamplight keeps it glowing.
What it pairs with
It belongs with soft furnishings: linen, bouclé, wool and cream walls all warm to it. Select grade keeps knots few and far between, so the gold stays even.
Keeping it right
